Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with The Karma Class.

We understand that there may come a time where you have a problem with a purchase from us.

Depending on the product purchased we have outlined here your options.

 

For Faulty Products

If a product is faulty or damaged, please send us an email with the details of the problem and a photo if appropriate to:

If your products are damaged in transit please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

 

For all Digital / Online Products

Due to the instant-access and digital nature of online products, we do not offer refunds.

 

For Course Bookings (face to face courses)

Refunds available up to 14 days before the event. Refunds within 14 days of the event will not be given but the ticket can be transferred to another.

 

For Course Bookings (live online courses)

Refunds available up to 14 days before the event but the Karma Classroom activity cards once posted are not refundable.  The card cost will be deducted from the event cost to calculate the refund. Refunds within 14 days of the event will not be given but the ticket can be transferred to another.

 

For Shipped Products

We do not offer a refund for change of mind in relation to any product that is shipped to you.
